Stourbridge Golf Club is currently open to new membership applications.
- All golf playing applications must be received in writing and include the names of a proposer and seconder from within the current membership. The proposer and seconder must have been playing members of the club for a minimum period of 1 year.
- Members proposing and seconding applications may only do so 3 times in any financial year.
- Applicants are subject to a 14 day waiting period following receipt of a completed application form.
- After the 14 day period, if there are no objections to the application, the club will arrange a date for the applicant to attend an interview.
- The interview is the final stage of the application.
- Any declined applicants will not be allowed to reapply for any category of membership for a period of 2 years.
Junior applications will be asked to attend a meeting with the club junior organiser accompanied by either a parent or guardian.
Club/social applications will require a proposer and seconder from any section of the club providing that they have been members of the club for 6 months. All applicants must be over the age of 21. There will be no formal interview, and the applicants will be notified of the outcome of the application in writing by the Club Operations Manager.

Our Membership Categories:
This table shows our annual membership fees for April 2024 - March 2025. Please note that all Platinum and Gold membership categories carry a joining fee of £500.
Intermediate membership category II carries a joining fee of £200 and intermediate category I £150.
In all cases, these joining fees are returned to your clubhouse card over years 2, 3 and 4 of membership to spend on F&B.

Flexible Points Membership Terms
• Flexible Points Subscription is currently £725.00 per year, (725 points) which is equivalent to 24 rounds of golf.
• Flexible Points may only play Monday to Friday.
• The current England Golf and County Golf Union affiliation fees are applicable and in addition to the annual Subscription.
• Unused points will not be carried over at the year-end. If membership is not continued any points balance will be forfeited.
• Points are strictly non-transferable.
• Points can only be used for members own golf, they cannot be spent on Pro Shop purchases, Buggy Hire, Competition entry fees or Food and Beverage purchases.
• Additional Points can be purchased through the year at a rate of £30.20 per round.
• Flexible Points Members MUST present their swipe card in the Pro Shop, BEFORE play, so that credits can be deducted. Any transgression of this condition will result in the immediate termination of Membership and the loss of all outstanding points. The Club’s software keeps a real-time record of credits used.
• Flexible Points Members must display their membership bag tag at all times.
• Flexible Points Members can invite guests to play with them at the reduced guest rate. Invite restrictions will be as per the Clubs Regulations & Bye-Laws.
• Worcestershire County Golf Union County cards are available to Flexible Points Members. County Cards provide discounted green fees at most golf clubs throughout the country.
• Flexible Points Members may gain and maintain an official WHS handicap index.
• Flexible Points Members can only play in midweek Club competitions, (on payment of the appropriate number of points and competition entry fee). Flexible Points Members may not compete in Club Silver Trophy or Knockout Competitions.
• Flexible Points Members may not play for the Club teams.
• Upgrades to Platinum or Gold Membership can be made throughout the Subscription year on payment of the pro-rata calculated Subscription payment.
• Flexible Points Members may not play prior to 8am.
